MacDonald&Co is an established and driven construction and interior fitout company. M&C combine speed and innovation with decades of commercial and industry experience, delivering expertly crafted, modern spaces that balance functionality and design.
MacDonald&Co is founded by Richard MacDonald, previously of Kennedys Group, who returned to work with CYNCO on branding this new construction company.
CYNCO underwent a full strategy, development and implementation of the brand and brand assets, including the crafting the brand copy to set the tone of the company and corporate culture.

National Renewable Network
NRN is an exciting startup in the solar energy space, succeeding in providing an innovative solution to Australia’s significant energy crisis. NRN is committed to bridging the growing divide between those who can afford solar energy and those who cannot.
NRN is making renewable energy accessible to all Australians through their innovative nationwide network.
CYNCO was engaged by NRN founders to build two digital platforms to:
- improve efficiencies for sales teams,
- support more conversions to the sales process, and
- to allow all sales representatives and sales partners to better understand their financial position and set sales/KPI goals
The resulting Sales Portal with Financial Dashboard, and online Sales Proposal were developed over 2024/25.

Fibreconx
Fibreconx are a dedicated dark fibre network provider with networks across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth. Fibreconx provide the latest technology in fibre communications networks in a truly dedicated, secure and flexible infrastructure, making them a competitive player in the telecomms market.
CYNCO has partnered with Fibreconx to undergo a continuous improvement process for their existing digital and branding presence, with the aim to raise awareness, decision making and advocacy for the FCX brand.

Kennedys Group
Kennedys Group is a large services and construction company with 5 office locations in Victoria, Australia. Boasting Plumbing, Electrical, Asbestos and Mould Removal, Metal Fabrication and Engineering, Construction and Interiors & Fitout divisions, and in operation since 1976, Kennedys required the biggest branding update in their history.
This was a significant and comprehensive branding design, strategically applied across website, digital marketing, social media, internal documentation and audio visual assets.

With Australian born eco-travel boutique company Wander, you can unlock the power of transformational travel.
Wander provides a unique opportunity for travellers to experience luxury, eco-aware accommodation in Australia’s most spectacular destinations.
CYNCO was engaged by the marketing team and category lead to create the branding design and website for Wander.
Through comprehensive brand strategy, we developed a complete brand system, including the earthy, Australian aesthetic of the visual design system, the elegance of the Brand Tone-of-Voice, and website user experience to enable delightful journey-making for guests.

Move Clinic
Move Clinic’s team of qualified physiotherapists and exercise physiologists offer their empowering treatments across clinics in Sydney (Waterloo) and the Blue Mountains (Katoomba and Blackheath). They offer group classes, individual consultations, treatment plans and remote telehealth services.
Move Clinic came to CYNCO with a Wix website that was dark and masculine. This suited their rock-climbing and sports performance offerings, but didn’t capture the spirit of their whole range of offers. Their women’s health, NDIS services, pelvic health and general physiotherapy / exercise physiology services were not being showcased as strongly as they could be.
CYNCO reinvigorated the brand colour palette and brand style, including a rewrite of all website copywriting to fully express the Move Clinic USP, and highlight all departments with equal weight.
Applying specific colour to specific services allows a web visitor to easily book the service that will benefit them most.
This was a significant and comprehensive branding design update, strategically applied across website and social media.

Australian Women in Music Awards – AWMA
Australian Women in Music (AWM), originally CICADA International, and their flagship program, Australian Women in Music Awards, champion creativity in music, with a focus on First Nations people, women and gender-diverse artists, and regional community groups around Australia.
Their CICADA website was redesigned onto a more robust and easy to manage platform, boosted with a donations functionality.
A deep respect was held for the indigenous artistry inherent in their brand. Here, bright colours of stage lights meld beautifully with earthy Australian landscape tones.
The AWMA website was designed elsewhere but brought to CYNCO in 2018 for webmaster and content editing, as well as the management of the AWMA Awards nomination and judging system.

Halo Advisory
Halo Tax + Accounting are a trustworthy, experienced and progressive accounting, tax and business advisory firm in Sydney, NSW.
CYNCO was engaged to encapsulate their fresh take on accounting, expressed via a bright, clean website with neon bright colour.
Working together with a fantastic founder, Greg Bartels, we took inspiration from Sydney’s beachy blues and bright skies, and the allure of neon signage, to develop a complete brand system.
The two websites are sisters, each with their own look and feel, but unmistakable as part of the Halo ’empire’.
